The $0 Tax Stamp
Beginning January 1, 2026, the $0 tax stamp for Short-Barreled Rifles and Shotguns (SBR's & SBS's), Silencers (Suppressors), and Any Other Weapon (AOW's) went into effect thanks to Trump's Big Beautiful Bill. As expected, the number of Form 1 and Form 4 submissions literally went through the roof. We went from a submission rate of just under 1M for the entire year of 2025 to over 2M in the first 3 weeks of 2026. Just submitting on the ATF's eForm website can be a challenge during normal business hours. We have a perfect submission success rate outside of regular business hours, and are currently looking at a 2-week approval time on average. We expect the approval time to continue to increase until the submission rate subsides.

Black Flag Armory Raffles
We are looking at doing regular live raffles, either on Facebook or just posting the results (video) here on the website. Here's how it would work. We will present an offering with a limited number of available slots. The offering could be a firearm, a suppressor, an optic, or any other firearm-related goodie. A fixed number of slots will be available to purchase for each offering. The number of slots and purchase price will vary with each offering, based on the overall value of the item(s) being offered. The goal will be to balance the entry price and the number of available slots to make your chances of winning and the cost of participating an attractive proposition. Once all of the slots for a particular offering are filled, we will either do a Facebook live drawing or post a video showing the actual drawing. For the drawing mechanism, we will be using an online random name generator.

A true "firecracker" and not the lady finger type, but the quarter stick of dynamite type. Tough as over-jerked jerky but beyond caring and thoughtful. To truly know her means to love her.

A snake-eating, knuckle-dragging, pipe-hitting, rum-drinking scurvy pirate...held together by steel screws, titanium straps, baling wire, 100 mph tape, and magic.

"The Stink"
As bossy, if not bossier, than "The Boss" but she is built for customer service. If you're lucky enough to come in while she's helping Grumpy, you'll get your receipt off the printer faster than a speeding bullet. If Baby Shark is playing in the shop, she's lurking!
Chief of Security & Hater of Squirrels
"The Pibble"
She is 65 lbs of pure muscle and wicked strong. Sometimes, it hurts just to pet her. She is the Alpha and the Princess, so where she goes and does, "The Boys" follow.
Henchmen
"The Boys"
Over 300 lbs of tag team action. They are as close as can be, being the 4th and 5th born of the same litter. The one on the right is his brother's keeper, and the one on the left is sketchy AF.
