If you are a 2A person and have been following the current "Big, Beautiful Bill" you are aware that suppressors (and possibly short-barreled rifles and shotguns) have a good chance of being removed from the National Firearms Act (NFA). This would essentially remove the extra $200 tax you have to pay towards getting one of these items. Despite my recent and continuing large investments in being able to bring such items to the consumer, I am all for their removal from the NFA. That being said, the removal of suppressors from the NFA will result in two things. One...millions of new consumers who weren't previously in the market because of the $200 tax are going to flood the market. Two...dealers who weren't able or willing to sell NFA items because of the high annual costs and compliance requirements will now be introduced into the market without any of those previous burdens. This is going to put a tremendous strain on the suppressor manufacturing segment already struggling to supply the current demand. In response to the imminent strain on the supply, I am suggesting that people buy now rather than fighting for scraps and paying higher prices later. If you decide to buy now from another dealer and send the item to us for transfer, we will hold the item until there is a resolution of the NFA situation and charge the normal transfer fees. The bottom line is buy now and save yourself a lot of other hassles that are going to come.
